Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to reputed company Pharmacy leaders and stakeholders
- Partner directly with pharmacy leadership, operational teams, clinicians, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytic questions, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Support strategic pharmacy initiatives through the development of analytics, performance monitoring, opportunity identification, and executive-level insights
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide leaders in applying data and findings to reputed company-world business reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated experience working directly with business, operational, clinical, or pharmacy stakeholders to reputed company requirements, understand business needs, present findings, and recommend actions
- Ability to serve as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into effective analytics solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and data storytelling skills

- Knowledge of 340B program operations, compliance considerations, contract pharmacy arrangements, split-billing concepts, or reputed company performance analytics
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as reputed company, Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, SQL, data warehouses, or similar technologies
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, including performance measurement, trend analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting
- Experience analyzing pharmacy financial, operational, reimbursement, and utilization data
