[Remote] Senior Product Support Manager

This role is responsible for developing, integrating, and managing lifecycle product support strategies that ensure operational readiness, reliability, and long-term sustainability for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Sustaining Engineering and Field Support
- Manage logistics scope, cost, schedule, and performance reputed company assigned programs
- Serve as the primary logistics reputed company to both internal stakeholders and external customers, including DoD program offices and reputed company contractors
- reputed company Logistics Product Data (LPD) development and associated deliverables (LSA, reputed company, FMECA, TIR, provisioning, etc.)
- Support development of contract proposals, BOEs, and logistics-reputed company cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with DoD, MIL-STD, GEIA, and customer requirements relevant to logistics support and sustainment
- Coordinate development and delivery of training materials, technical manuals, IETMs, and instructional content
- Drive sustainment readiness activities including sparing analysis, obsolescence management, and configuration control
- Support fielding activities, installation, deployment, and long-term support planning for delivered systems

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field. Equivalent experience may be considered
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Product Support Management, or reputed company defense logistics roles
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, sustainment phases, and applicable logistics standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-HDBK-502)
- Experience preparing and managing logistics deliverables in accordance with contract requirements
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage reputed company sustainment efforts
- Experience working with government customers, reputed company, or reputed company DoD programs
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, system specifications, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication, briefing, and customer engagement skills

- Master's degree in Logistics, Systems Engineering, Program Management, or reputed company field
- DAU/DAWIA certification in Life Cycle Logistics (reputed company/III)

- Experience supporting training systems, simulators, or defense hardware production
- Familiarity with LPD/LSAR tools and logistics databases
- Certified Product Support Manager (PSM) or equivalent credential
