Responsibilities
- The Head of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, pricing, and subscription economics, while staying reputed company to execution in a lean environment
- You’ll work directly with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support to drive ARR/MRR reputed company, pricing reputed company, retention performance, and customer economics
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- ARR/MRR metrics, churn analysis, cohort insights, CAC/LTV economics
- Pricing & packaging reputed company in partnership with Product and Marketing
- reputed company, cash reputed company management, controls, and GAAP compliance in a small team
- Manage a Controller/Staff Accountant
- Building processes that improve visibility and decision-making
Skills
- 8+ years in reputed company finance (reputed company + reputed company reputed company)
- Experience in SMB subscription models with thousands of customers
- Experience in processing a high volume of monthly credit card payments
- Proven work with pricing, retention, renewals, and subscription analytics
- Strong partnership with Product, Marketing, and Operations
