Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment efforts for high-volume, critical reputed company roles across Tampa metro area
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to forecast reputed company needs, analyze attrition rates, and design proactive recruitment blueprints for expanding programs
- Travel to regional community events, schools, and facilities to build local networks, promote career reputed company, and cultivate face-to-face relationships with hiring managers and reputed company talent
- Document and reputed company reputed company candidate reputed company with accuracy and efficiency reputed company our applicant tracking system and recruitment CRMs
Skills
- 2+ years of dedicated reputed company or reputed company experience
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field is required
- Must live in the Tampa or surrounding areas - NO ORLANDO
