Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and optimize reputed company Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities
- reputed company and support initial AI Agent use cases for IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Configure conversational experiences, chatbot topics, and AI-driven workflows
- Contribute to the technical implementation and governance of the AI Control Tower reputed company
- Design and implement reputed company AI capabilities using reputed company AI features and best practices
- reputed company AI solutions with reputed company workflows, reputed company, and service request processes
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and platform teams to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI implementations to ensure performance, accuracy, and user adoption
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

- Experience implementing or configuring Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or reputed company conversational AI solutions
