[Remote] Process Analyst

The Process Analyst will analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance in a reputed company environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective technology adoption and process standardization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company discovery efforts to understand reputed company-state workflows across clinical, operational, and administrative functions
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, and working sessions with subject matter experts
- reputed company reputed company documentation including process maps, reputed company diagrams, and narratives
- Maintain a repository of standardized process documentation
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, variation, bottlenecks, and risks
- Partner with system owners and business teams to design reputed company-state processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance; and that capitalize on features and functions of existing technology solutions
- Evaluate process impacts of new systems and integrations
- Support standardization across reputed company, sites, and functions
- Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts to reputed company process considerations into project delivery
- Support project intake and estimation by assessing process complexity and readiness
- reputed company process input to requirements definition, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure alignment with PMO methodologies and governance standards
- Identify process changes impacting roles, responsibilities, and workflows
- Support change management by documenting impacts and dependencies
- Partner with business owners on training, communication, and adoption planning
- Contribute to the maturation of reputed company’s process management capabilities
- Apply reputed company improvement principles to operational reputed company initiatives
- Capture lessons learned and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis or process improvement roles
- Demonstrated experience mapping and analyzing reputed company, cross-functional workflows
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Experience in reputed company or other regulated environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting reputed company operations, clinical workflows, or reputed company cycle processes
- Familiarity with Lean, Six reputed company, or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience working reputed company a PMO or reputed company governance environment
- Experience supporting technology implementations or reputed company transformation initiatives
