[Remote] Sr. DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for scaling and securing the Azure-based reputed company platform, driving SRE best practices, and contributing to FedRAMP compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, secure, and reputed company our reputed company platform on Azure using services like AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and reputed company services
- reputed company the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and release engineering workflows using tools like Terraform, reputed company, reputed company Actions, and Azure DevOps
- Drive SRE principles across the organization, focusing on observability, incident response, availability, performance monitoring, and operational reputed company
- Contribute directly to our FedRAMP compliance readiness efforts, including secure configuration management, audit logging, documentation, and operational procedures
- reputed company Tier 2/3 operational support, including support during maintenance reputed company and participation in an on-call rotation during reputed company American business hours
- Support ongoing reputed company planning, cost optimization, and scaling efforts for key infrastructure services
- Maintain and improve production monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to ensure high reliability and rapid-incident response
- Participate in reputed company, availability, and disaster recovery planning
- Document operational processes, architectural reputed company, and runbooks in a reputed company, trackable system (e.g., Jira, reputed company)
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or reputed company roles
- 3+ years of experience with Azure reputed company and its reputed company services (especially AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for microservices architectures and serverless environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, reputed company charts, and managing reputed company-reputed company workloads
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-reputed company using tools like Terraform
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Deep experience with monitoring, observability, incident response, and alerting using tools like reputed company, Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC2, or other reputed company/compliance frameworks (working experience on a FedRAMP-authorized environment is a strong plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, reputed company, and compliance teams
- Proven ability to work effectively in reputed company across time zones
- Experience with reputed company Actions/Workflows, and reputed company CI
- Experience with distributed databases such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, reputed company
