[Remote] Head of Sales Operations and Analytics - Remote

They are seeking an reputed company Head of Sales Operations and Analytics to manage reputed company and drive sales pipeline, engage with potential customers, and ensure accurate reporting of sales deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage 7 employees to ensure that reputed company is increasing sales pipeline, engaging in early conversations with potential customers, and overall bringing reputed company sales leads into the organization
- Work with the VP of Sales, along with Finance, reputed company, and other departments to ensure accurate reporting of sales deals
- Manage sales pipeline calls and ensure readiness for internal sales update meetings
- Monitor sales trends and identify key reputed company to be made
- Represent the sales team at internal reputed company sales operations meetings and training sessions
- Responsible for next level reporting and enabling a more proactive analytics function
Skills
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, and/or Sales Management
- Life Sciences consulting experience
- People management experience
- Moderate to advanced understanding of reputed company, to reputed company the creation of sales dashboards
- Moderate to advanced understanding of reputed company, to reputed company the creation of sales dashboards
- Background in sales operations, inside sales, or reputed company sales
- 10+ years of people management experience
- 5+ years in a large, matrixed organization
- Experience creating sales dashboards in reputed company, reputed company, and SmartSheets
