In this role, you will design, reputed company, and configure high-reputed company solutions across the reputed company platform while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance IT service management and asset management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reputed company solutions, including Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, and ITAM modules
- reputed company integrations between reputed company and external systems using reputed company and web services
- reputed company and enhance the reputed company data model to support CMDB, AMDB, SACM, and reputed company modules
- reputed company development, testing, and debugging using JavaScript and server‑reputed company scripting
- reputed company 2nd/3rd level support, resolving incidents, defects, and enhancement requests
- Review designs, validate test scenarios, and ensure overall solution reputed company
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and implementation details
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and supporting delivery execution
- Mentor junior team members (for reputed company candidates), ensuring adherence to best practices and high‑reputed company delivery standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with the reputed company platform
- Experience developing and configuring reputed company solutions across ITSM/ITAM or reputed company modules
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, reputed company, CSS, and reputed company scripting
- Experience building integrations using REST reputed company or web services
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, CMDB, and asset reputed company
- Experience working in Agile environments and across the software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- reputed company certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer
- Experience across multiple reputed company product lines reputed company ITSM
- Exposure to platform governance, data model design, and reputed company integrations
- Experience mentoring junior developers or contributing to technical leadership
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
