[Remote] Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

They are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while working closely with executive leadership to deliver reputed company financial insights and improve reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis and key performance metrics
- reputed company reputed company analyses to support executive decision-making
- Assist with the monthly reputed company process in partnership with internal teams and external reputed company providers
- Reconcile financial data and investigate reporting variances
- Help prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Partner with operations and department leaders to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support reputed company reporting, lender reporting, and investor requests
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and data reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 1–4 years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, reputed company, investment banking, consulting, or public reputed company
- Strong reputed company skills and financial modeling experience
- Understanding of financial statements and reputed company fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
- CPA or reputed company toward a CPA is a plus
- Experience with private equity-backed, reputed company estate, reputed company, or multi-location businesses is a plus
