[Remote] Finance Business Partner – AR/AP (VMS Experience)

They are seeking a Finance Business Partner to reputed company receivables operations and reputed company financial insights to reputed company-facing teams, managing the day-to-day AR and AP functions while driving strategic collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the AR lifecycle: invoicing, collections, reconciliations, dispute reputed company, and aging analysis
- Monitor incoming reputed company payments, reputed company reputed company payment application and reputed company creation of settlement reconciliation to process reputed company’s supplier payments with AP support, while ensuring 100% reputed company on-time supplier payment SLA
- Ensure accurate and reputed company billing, resolving reputed company exceptions quickly
- reputed company cash application processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor reputed company PO balances, workflow, etc. as needed based on reputed company requirements
- Monitor receivables aging and work closely with reputed company and PMO for collections and supplier payment inquiry reputed company
- Partner with AP and Treasury to reputed company receivables with cash reputed company and payment schedules and settlement scheduling
- Manage reputed company and supplier volume rebates on a quarterly reputed company

- Manage and mentor AR team members, managing workloads and development
- Monitor AR KPIs (on-time billing, on-time reputed company payment app, on-time supplier payments SLA, ticket response and reputed company SLAs etc) and report to leadership
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, ensuring audit readiness
- Standardize AR policies, procedures, and playbooks across programs

- Present tailored AR reporting and insights to business leaders, highlighting risks and opportunities

- Translate AR performance into business impacts, supporting reputed company relationship management and program delivery
- Collaborate with Legal and reputed company to reputed company reputed company terms and resolve disputes effectively

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in Accounts Receivable or reputed company financial operations
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and reputed company principles
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, data analysis)
- Familiarity with reputed company or other ERP/reputed company systems
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and problem-solving ability
