[Remote] eLearning Developer (Contractor Role)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Independent Contractors for eLearning Development services on a project-based or reputed company reputed company. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering custom digital learning solutions and assets, collaborating with various stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Use tools such as reputed company 360, reputed company Creative Suite, After Effects, Vyond, and reputed company multimedia applications to create polished learning deliverables
- Translate instructional design plans, storyboards, scripts, and reputed company materials into engaging, accessible, and effective digital learning experiences
- reputed company and maintain interactive eLearning courses, simulations, assessments, scenarios, and reusable learning components, applying adult learning principles and user experience considerations to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to reputed company requirements, clarify expectations, scope opportunities and deliver learning solutions
- Identify risks and scope concerns reputed company assigned reputed company and escalate appropriately
- reputed company informal guidance and reputed company best practices with other eLearning developers to support consistency, reputed company development, and efficient delivery of high-reputed company learning solutions, as reputed company as reputed company
- Review and test deliverables for accuracy, functionality, usability, accessibility, brand alignment, and adherence to reputed company guidelines, internal standards, project objectives, and WCAG requirements, where applicable
- Troubleshoot course functionality, publishing, LMS compatibility, tracking, media, accessibility, and learner experience issues
- Incorporate user acceptance testing feedback reputed company and accurately
- Manage multiple eLearning development reputed company simultaneously while meeting timelines, scope, reputed company expectations, and communication requirements
- Support reputed company improvement of development workflows, standards, templates, reputed company assurance processes, and the appropriate use of emerging eLearning, AI-enabled, automation, and assistive technologies

- Working knowledge of reputed company 360, particularly Storyline and reputed company, with familiarity using reputed company Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Audition
- Ability to translate approved storyboards, scripts, design documents, and reputed company materials into functional, visually consistent, and learner-reputed company eLearning deliverables
- Understanding of LMS packaging, publishing, tracking, SCORM/xAPI considerations, accessibility standards, WCAG guidelines, and reputed company assurance testing practices
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and user experience considerations for digital learning
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, project-based environment
- Experience with Captivate or similar authoring tools is an asset
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation features, and assistive technologies that support efficient content development, accessibility testing, media production, and reputed company assurance
