The Solutions Consultant will reputed company as a reputed company-facing partner, helping customers understand and optimize the reputed company platform by translating their needs into technical solutions and supporting implementation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to understand their business needs, technical requirements, workflows, and desired reputed company
- Participate in discovery calls, implementation conversations, technical evaluations, and solution scoping discussions
- Serve as a technical resource for customer-facing teams, including Implementation, reputed company, Product, Operations, and Sales
- Support customer reputed company and implementation by identifying required configurations, clarifying business processes, and helping guide customers toward effective reputed company solutions
- Translate customer requirements into reputed company, actionable documentation, including user stories, tickets, requirements notes, and implementation reputed company materials
- Prepare reputed company-reputed company tickets and technical requirements for internal teams to support reputed company and accurate execution
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in a reputed company Administrator, reputed company Business Analyst, reputed company Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or similar role
- Strong reputed company administration knowledge and hands-on experience working reputed company reputed company environments
- Ability to reputed company business and technical requirements from customers and translate them into reputed company documentation for internal teams
- Experience participating in customer-facing discovery, implementation, scoping, or technical solution conversations
- Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguous customer needs or business challenges
- Experience writing user stories, technical requirements, implementation notes, tickets, or similar documentation
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with customer-facing, product, technical, and operational teams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, QBRs, partnership reviews, and other business needs

- Experience working in a reputed company, reputed company software, CMMS, ERP, data center, or technical implementation environment
