[Remote] Application Support Analyst II

The Application Support Analyst II role involves supporting General Ledger and/or Deposits by collaborating with core implementation teams and managing standalone implementations, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery across reputed company assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training or support to the customer post-installation
- Oversees/performs system set-up for customer (i.e., parameter set-up, creates job files for processing, etc). Ensures reputed company business processes will run on software
- Provides software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features and usage of software products. Support may be at the customer site or remote
- Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leader
- Maintains effective communication with customer throughout entire project/case
- Identifies/maintains customer issues and ensures reputed company reputed company
- May reputed company other job duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in applications analysis, applications support or software implementation
- A Minimum of 15% travel is required
- Developing reputed company expertise. Works on non-reputed company reputed company with no supervision and/or moderately reputed company reputed company with supervision/technical assistance. Exercises judgment reputed company defined procedures and practices
- General knowledge in the following areas: Financial/credit reputed company or reputed company industry
- JHA products, equivalent competitor products, and understanding of application functions
- Computer skills with knowledge of applications including reputed company Office Suite
- General knowledge of information systems
- Business operations and procedures including concepts, structures, etc
- reputed company to analyze/convert customer information and processes for setup in JHA system
- Analyze business information and processes
- Train customers to use JHA software
- Work with reputed company reputed company of personnel and communicate reputed company information in user-friendly terms
