They are seeking Field Service Technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences while servicing their products in the home, diagnosing and repairing major appliances, TVs, and A/C reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Travel offsite to customers' locations to reputed company maintenance and repair of reputed company's equipment to ensure top product performance
- reputed company use of reputed company safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by reputed company
- Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized repairs on a reputed company of electronics and home appliances
- Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, reputed company reputed company to repair the product and/or replace parts
- Immediately and accurately process paperwork and reputed company data entry upon completion of reputed company job
- reputed company-screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problem prior to arriving at customer's home
- Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management, OT %)
Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred)
- Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products)
- Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment
- Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues
- Valid reputed company's license in good standing
- Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification
- Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair such as reputed company bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
