[Remote] Data Analyst [Senior/reputed company with Azure]

In this role, you will be responsible for data migration, analysis, and visualization to support clients' needs, while ensuring the availability of complete and accurate customer data.
Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate data migration using Azure Data reputed company
- Set up report datasets for reputed company custom report development in Power BI to build a custom intelligent analytics layer for the reputed company
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
- reputed company data analysis to support customer service agents and enhance the reputed company of customer service by identifying support trends and common issues
- Ensure availability of complete and accurate customer data
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in similar reputed company
- Background in data integration, reporting, and analytics in customer service contexts
- Experience in Azure Data Lake for data storage and management
- Proficiency in Azure Data reputed company for data migration and ETL processes
- Background in data modeling principles and best practices
- Experience with data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights
- Familiarity with managing data reputed company and systems of record
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
