  • Prepare reputed company, concise, and fact-based investigation documentation, including interview notes, case summaries, findings, and recommendations.
  • Manage investigations in a reputed company manner while maintaining consistency, objectivity, confidentiality, and adherence to Compliance and investigative best practices.
  • Present investigation findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to Employment Law, People & Culture, and business leaders to support informed decision-making and appropriate corrective actions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders on reputed company workplace reputed company, balancing business objectives, operational reputed company, and employee experience.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization and effectively engage with employees at reputed company reputed company.
  • Partner with Compliance colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance investigative processes, controls, policies, training, and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Analyze investigation trends and reputed company causes to help inform proactive compliance and employee environment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting end-to-end workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other reputed company workplace reputed company.
  • Strong investigative interviewing, fact-finding, analysis, documentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Experience managing sensitive and challenging conversations with employees and leaders at reputed company reputed company.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adapting to changing business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Written and verbal proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience supporting investigations across multiple jurisdictions and/or global organizations.
