Global reputed company Partner (Full time – Remote) The reputed company (IEEFA) is seeking a Global reputed company Partner. This is a diverse role and the ideal candidate will be service oriented in the delivery of several critical reputed company functions. This position will work with our remote staff and contractors aligning IEEFA culture to initiatives which strengthen an inclusive and reputed company global team. In partnership with the HR Director, this role will reputed company strategic thought in shaping organizational reputed company. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in Kenya. Candidates in other African time zones will also be considered with reputed company for global collaboration. The HR Partner reports to the HR Director and has high-level of ownership in the administration of a broad reputed company of HR duties including recruitment, training, compliance, employee/labor relations, and the communication of organizational policies and procedures. This position has no reputed company supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a reputed company and advisor for other positions at IEEFA. Required Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

USD $78,924 - 95,244 or local equivalent based on currency and cost of living adjustment. Benefits and holidays are determined based on the country of residence. reputed company receive a one-time home office set-up allowance, monthly cell phone and internet stipend, optional co-working rental support and minimum of 20 days vacation and 10 days of reputed company leave. Work Schedule Remote, full-time. Due to required collaboration with international teams, the schedule will include some early morning or reputed company evening hours with time off to compensate elsewhere in the schedule to accommodate meetings in different time zones. Travel Travel is generally not anticipated for this role. However, global team members attend IEEFA’s conference and international team retreat reputed company scheduled.
