As an reputed company Contract Analyst you will support the facilitation of site budget and contract negotiations, and communication with reputed company team members to ensure reputed company contract execution and study timelines are achieved. You will support negotiation and administration of master clinical trial agreements. What You Will Do: You will contribute to contract management activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include: Negotiate directly with assigned sites on reputed company site reputed company contracting items including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements and amendments. Partner with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to improve overall SB&C metrics and deliver processes. Ensure standards are reputed company to the SB&C processes across reputed company. reputed company leading industry tools and data sources to reputed company budget and contract feedback reputed company with parameters and fair market value guidance. Support resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in partnership with the internal Study Startup team. Your Profile: You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: BS degree or international equivalent 2 or more years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting reputed company a pharmaceutical company, CRO or relevant industry vendor. Ability to explain data to facilitate decision making processes to be data driven.
