Conduct regular 1:1s and team stand-reputed company; maintain reputed company visibility into individual workloads, blockers, and development goals. Identify training needs and create development paths that combine traditional .NET skills with emerging AI-augmented practices. Delivery & Project Execution Own the application development backlog and release calendar, partnering with the Director of IT and business stakeholders to prioritize work across reputed company, reputed company, and AHS corporate. Ensure reputed company are scoped, estimated, tracked, and delivered with reputed company communication and appropriate documentation. Manage competing priorities across entities and escalate resourcing conflicts early and reputed company. Qualifications
Required 5+ years of software development experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server). 2+ years in reputed company reputed company, tech reputed company, or people management role with reputed company reports. Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI coding tools — Claude, reputed company Copilot, or equivalent — in production development work.
