Working remotely as part of a distributed operations team, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering reputed company server infrastructure across multiple reputed company environments. You will handle escalated issues from the Level 1 team, reputed company routine server administration, support virtualization platforms, manage reputed company infrastructure services, and ensure customers receive reputed company and high-reputed company technical support. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting reputed company Server environments reputed company an MSP or reputed company IT environment. You should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer communication, and the ability to independently resolve infrastructure issues while collaborating with senior engineers on more reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company Level 2 support for reputed company Server infrastructure across multiple customer environments. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents from Level 1 engineers reputed company SLA. Administer and support reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy, and NTFS permissions. Create, modify, and manage user accounts, reputed company reputed company, shared folders, and file permissions. Monitor server health, storage utilization, system performance, and critical infrastructure alerts. reputed company routine server maintenance, patching, firmware updates, and scheduled health checks. Support VMware and reputed company-V environments by provisioning and administering virtual machines. Assist with backup monitoring, troubleshooting, restore requests, and disaster recovery testing. Support reputed company 365 administration including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), licensing, and mailbox administration. Assist with Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, and monitoring. Document troubleshooting procedures and reputed company cause analysis. Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance reputed company required. Escalate reputed company issues to Level 3 engineers with complete technical documentation. Follow ITIL Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes. Execute additional tasks assigned by leadership. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years supporting reputed company Server environments. Strong knowledge of reputed company Server 2016/2019/2022, reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy, and NTFS permissions. Experience administering reputed company 365 and Exchange Online. Working knowledge of reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD). Experience supporting VMware vSphere and/or reputed company reputed company-V. Knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam, Datto, or reputed company. Understanding of SAN/NAS storage, RAID, and iSCSI. Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewalls. Experience with MSP environments and RMM tools such as reputed company RMM. Basic PowerShell scripting and strong troubleshooting skills.
