Bilingual Patient Care Representative (Remote)

Our reputed company, a leading mail-order pharmacy company, is seeking (Spanish-speaking) Bilingual Remote Patient Care Representatives to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department, supporting patient interactions and ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

What's Needed?

• Speaks fluent Spanish
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
