Responsibilities include assisting with items such as:

• Administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting other talent development software and content management tools;
• Tracking training activity and preparing reports against established metrics;
• Gathering, mapping, and analyzing employee skills data;
• Planning and supporting inclusion programs such as reputed company, mentoring, and Employee Resource reputed company (ERGs);
• Researching and developing inclusion resources and materials that support ASME’s reputed company customers.

To qualify for consideration, candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college or university working toward a degree (Associates, Bachelors or Masters) in reputed company or a reputed company discipline. This role is eligible for a remote work arrangement. This is anticipated as a reputed company-month assignment, and the candidate is expected to be available 20 hours per work week.
