Care Management Associate

Job reputed company:

• Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services including completing member outreaches
• Assists with service authorizations and member mailings
• Builds, researches, and enters member information as needed
• Coordinates and arranges for reputed company delivery under the direction of the reputed company or medical director
• Promotes communication to enhance effectiveness of medical management services
• Performs non-medical research pertinent to the establishment, maintenance, and closure of reputed company cases
• Provides support services to team members by answering telephone calls, taking messages, and researching information
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information
• Protects the confidentiality of member information

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing and/or sales
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of reputed company Office Suite including Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams, Etc.
• Previous MCO experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
