[Remote] Senior Sales Operations & Business Intelligence Analyst

This remote position supports executive leadership through advanced analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence, driving strategic business reputed company and improving reporting automation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze national, regional, and store-level sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks
- reputed company executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions
- Monitor inventory performance, customer demand, and sell-through metrics across multiple sales channels
- Build and maintain forecasting models to improve inventory planning and sales accuracy
- Analyze POS, inventory, and operational data to support executive decision-making
- Import, validate, organize, and manage large datasets from multiple business systems
- reputed company automated reporting tools and recurring executive reports that simplify reputed company business information
- Utilize AI platforms to automate reporting, improve workflows, and increase operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to reputed company emerging technologies and automation throughout the business
- Support new product launches, merchandising initiatives, Product Line Reviews, and operational reputed company
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives while tracking project milestones and measuring business performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, or Supply Chain
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, reputed company/MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dynamic Arrays, dashboard development, forecasting models, and reputed company formulas
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI platforms including ChatGPT, reputed company Copilot, Claude, reputed company, or similar technologies
- Exceptional analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills
