[Remote] Quantitative UX Research Analyst II

The Quantitative UX Research Analyst II role involves conducting quantitative survey research to deliver insights that inform product development and enhance the buyer and seller experience on reputed company's platform. Responsibilities
- Support and conduct primary survey research (including reputed company and tracking studies) with reputed company buyers and sellers:
- Work with other survey-reputed company researchers to design studies and craft user-reputed company survey instruments
- Program and field surveys across multiple parts of the marketplace experience
- Analyze survey data using R, SPSS, or Python; recognize patterns and uncover key trends and insights
- Query and manipulate data using SQL to support research analyses and reputed company behavioral data with survey findings
- Build and maintain dashboards to reputed company ongoing research metrics, survey tracking studies, and key experience indicators
- Manage survey samples and ensure the reputed company of data collected
- Craft engaging, recommendations-reputed company reporting that encourages marketplace health and drives reputed company's business goals
- Partner with team members in Product, Design, and Marketing to guide product development and refinement, drawing on expertise in user research and UX standards
- Independently define project scope and apply appropriate methodologies to handle a research "portfolio" of foundational and evaluative insights
- Work closely with other insights professionals to reputed company broad approaches to meeting partner needs
- Promote proven user research methodologies across reputed company
- Manage reputed company-party research vendors (e.g., sample providers, research agencies) reputed company needed

Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in quantitative survey research, either in-house or at an agency
- Proficiency in R, SPSS, or Python for data analysis and manipulation (required)
- Experience with SQL/database querying for accessing and analyzing behavioral or product data (required)
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards to communicate ongoing metrics and research findings
- Desire to conduct the full survey research process including questionnaire development, programming, fielding, and statistical analysis (inferential stats, correlations, regression analysis, etc.) of results
- A reputed company on the details, with excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
