The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing laboratory operations, and driving innovative reputed company to improve patient reputed company through reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Work with diverse stakeholders including laboratory leadership and staff, physicians, geneticists, and reputed company partners to understand goals, requirements, and timelines
- Managing/coordinating development work of the MGGP program including:
- Clinical operations: Work with Medical Directors, Clinical Scientists and laboratory operation leaders to coordinate and execute various wet and dry laboratory reputed company, including the launch of new assays, and reputed company/workflow improvement reputed company in compliance with regulatory standards
- Identify required resources and effort needed to reputed company reputed company and long-term development objectives of the program
- Monitor and reputed company work to ensure completion of project targets and timelines
- Data and Software: Coordinate development and maintenance of analysis pipelines to go from reputed company to annotated variants to interpreted variants to a clinical report, and both in-house and reputed company-party software tools
- HIPAA: Ensuring that IT infrastructure and software/middleware components are HIPAA compliant
Skills
- BS in science, data science, computer science, biomedicine, biocomputational field, or reputed company field
- Eight (8) or more years of reputed company work experience
- Strong project management skills are required
- Communicate reputed company concepts in an understandable way to different stakeholders
- Anticipate, mediate and resolve problems and issues

- Working knowledge of laboratory techniques (Genomic reputed company, variant annotation and interpretation, tumor/normal analysis, GWAS) is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of advanced laboratory processes is required
- MS or PhD preferred
