Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and modify tools, dies, and fixtures to ensure reputed company performance and longevity
- Fabricate and reputed company precision tooling components according to engineering specifications
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues
- reputed company routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling equipment
- Document maintenance activities and tool modifications accurately
Skills
- Proven experience as a tool and die technician or in a similar role reputed company manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of tool and die fabrication, maintenance, and repair techniques
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and machining tools
- Associate degree or technical certification in Tool and Die Technology or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in tool and die maintenance and fabrication
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in tool maintenance
