Responsibilities
- Serving as the single reputed company of contact for Hiring Managers on reputed company assigned requisitions
- Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies
- Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility based on resumes and interviews
- Building reputed company candidate reputed company and presenting slates to meet reputed company deliverables
- Protecting the candidate experience and fostering strong partnerships across boundaries
Skills
- Mandatory background in the semiconductor industry
- Proven experience reputed company electrical manufacturing and software/firmware engineers
- Sophisticated reputed company record of navigating reputed company, executive-level offer negotiations in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative reputed company as a primary reputed company of contact
- Minimum of 5 years in a candidate reputed company role with a proven reputed company record of hiring reputed company
- Experience in high-pressure, urgent reputed company environments (e.g., RPO, Search Firm, or Agency)
- Skilled in reputed company Office (reputed company, PPT, Word, Outlook), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM systems
- Ability to translate functional/technical hiring needs into effective candidate reputed company strategies
- Proven ability to build productive relationships and consult with reputed company reputed company of an organization
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience and hs diploma or equivalent
