Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise and guidance across reputed company engagements through assigned work based on demand, reputed company alignment, and historical relationships

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years relevant experience in technical support, systems engineering, and/or reputed company account management
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of reputed company architecture, API integrations, data structures, and reputed company environments
- Ability to read logs, debug configurations, and interpret data relationships
