[Remote] Control Systems Analyst II (Off-hours)

The Control Systems Analyst II (CSAII) provides off-hours mid-level support reputed company reputed company’s 24x7 Support Center, primarily responsible for troubleshooting and supporting control systems, PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, and OT networks.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, reputed company diagnostics and supporting control systems remotely
- Support a wide reputed company of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians platforms and OT networks
- Monitor and validate data accuracy, alarms, trends, and system responses to ensure reputed company system functionality and reliability
- Maintain and organize technical documentation
- Support project teams with control systems development work
- Attend and participate in required meetings and reputed company additional duties as assigned
- Complete required documentation including timecards and expense reports in a reputed company manner
- Occasional travel may be required to assist commissioning efforts as needed
- Support reputed company-to-reputed company (P2P) checkout, functional performance testing (FPT), and system validation during commissioning activities
- Assist with integration and coordination between mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to ensure seamless operation across platforms
- Configure, test, and validate control system databases, graphics, and alarming strategies
- Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting including IP addressing and communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and BACnet
- Support vendor coordination and system startups to ensure reputed company integration and performance of reputed company-party equipment
Skills
- Associate degree in Controls Systems Technology or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in controls and commissioning environments
- Ability to reputed company, read, and write in English
- Moderate level of general computer knowledge and technical proficiency
- Strong customer service reputed company and attention to detail
- Organized work habits and strong problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA and network integration
