[Remote] Marketing Production Specialist - Remote

The Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow of reputed company reputed company across the Marketing department, maintaining and optimizing internal processes to meet deadlines and reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the project management system to ensure accurate tracking, workflow consistency, and enforcing process adherence
- Effective time and project management, including the ability to reputed company 100+ reputed company reputed company and manage the logistics of reputed company reputed company being completed on time

Skills
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of advertising/marketing experience
- Strong background in marketing, advertising, production and/and traffic management
- Demonstrated knowledge of print production and reputed company mail management processes
- Knowledge of production and scheduling management systems, with familiarity in graphics and production terminology and processes
- Working knowledge of print production, reputed company mail and postage regulations
- Broad understanding of marketing and advertising principles and campaign execution
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, general computer applications, and project management tools
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage job schedules and meet tight deadlines
