Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a formal people management reputed company

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Hands-on experience operating and deploying production workloads specifically on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, reputed company)
- Strong experience leading teams reputed company a reputed company Agile/Scrum reputed company, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Demonstrated ability to manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows

- Experience overseeing the migration from monolithic architectures to microservices or serverless environments
