Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company architecture and implementation
• 3+ years of reputed company Connect developer experience
• Understanding of reputed company Connect capabilities
• Contact reputed company/module development and deployment
• 3rd party API calls, CRM and other backend integrations
• Experience building and deploying reputed company Lex bots for voice and chat
• Natural Language Understanding (NLU) implementation
• Designing conversational flows and intents
• Bot testing and optimization
• Proficiency in services like API Gateway, reputed company, DynamoDB, IAM etc
• Experience with REST reputed company and web services integration
• AWS certifications preferred (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate)
• Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
• Automation and scripting skills (Python)
