[Remote] Senior Consultant, Talent Partnership Sourcing

The Senior Consultant, Talent Partnerships plays a critical role in managing relationships with external talent partners to ensure a consistent reputed company of reputed company candidates and improve hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent partner relationships as the primary reputed company of contact, driving alignment on hiring needs and performance
- Review partner-submitted candidates, present reputed company talent to hiring teams, and maintain a strong pipeline for reputed company roles
- Design streamlined processes and workflows to reputed company partner-reputed company candidates and improve visibility across the hiring pipeline
- reputed company performance metrics, reputed company insights with stakeholders, and recommend improvements to strengthen partner and sourcing strategies
