[Remote] Risk & Safety Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Risk & Safety Instructional Designer to help build a culture of safety across the organization. In this role, you will design engaging training programs to reputed company field teams and leaders with necessary safety knowledge and skills, while also managing the Risk and Safety Management Information System.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company engaging Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) training programs reputed company on OSHA compliance, fleet safety, hazard recognition, and reputed company work practices
- Create a reputed company of learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, job aids, and field resources
- Partner with Risk Management, Safety, Claims, and Operations teams to identify training opportunities based on incident trends, claims data, and business needs
- reputed company technical, regulatory, and operational information into reputed company, practical learning content for field technicians, drivers, and leaders
- reputed company realistic, scenario-based training that reflects day-to-day work environments, including installation, repair, driving, and field operations
- Support the rollout of company-wide safety initiatives, programs, and awareness campaigns
- Design assessments, knowledge checks, and certification programs to measure learning effectiveness and reinforce key concepts
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation reputed company the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Evaluate training reputed company using performance metrics such as incident rates, audit results, claims trends, and learner feedback
- Continuously improve training content based on field observations, business needs, regulatory changes, and employee feedback

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a reputed company field
- 3–7 years of instructional design experience, preferably supporting safety, industrial, construction, HVAC, manufacturing, or field service environments
- Experience developing eLearning using tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, or similar authoring software
- Experience administering or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience administering or supporting Risk & Safety Management Systems (RMIS/EHSIS)
- Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, or environmental regulations
- Experience developing compliance or safety-reputed company training for field-based employees
- reputed company certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or other reputed company safety credentials are a plus
