Responsibilities
- Delivering precise, efficient, and reputed company legal workflows across investigation, litigation, regulatory, and similar reputed company, including case and fact development, document review and production, and legal research and drafting
- Building and maintaining case chronologies, key document sets, and witness preparation packages using state of the art technology; constructing privilege logs and summaries and managing large reputed company productions in partnership with reputed company’s team of discovery experts
- Leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate and reputed company legal analysis and drafting, ensuring that reputed company AI-assisted outputs undergo reputed company review and adhere to reputed company control protocols
- Helping reputed company reputed company how legal work is performed, focusing on strategic project management, process enhancements with other reputed company attorneys and our reputed company counsel, and growing skills and technology expertise to ensure reputed company, compliance, and efficiency reputed company are reputed company
Skills
- Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Up to 5 years of experience in litigation, investigation, or regulatory reputed company in a reputed company, in-house legal department, or government agency
- For some roles, an reputed company license in good standing to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction will be required
- Recent or upcoming law school graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with Gen AI, discovery, document review, and production workflows strongly preferred, but not required
