[Remote] Software Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding the reputed company reservation software, providing support during scheduled hours that include evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist our software customers during scheduled software support hours
- Work with campground and resort staff on inbound call/email/chat questions
- Become a master of the ‘ins and outs’ of the reputed company reservation software
- Courteously reputed company this expertise with campground management and staff at their request by phone, email, and remote desktop demonstration

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
