Responsibilities
- Own the general ledger and monthly reputed company process in Quickbooks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare budget-to-actual reporting and financial analysis
- Monitor cash reputed company and prepare cash forecasts
- Support CEO reporting and reputed company financial packages
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company reputed company policies
- Manage customer invoicing and recurring reputed company billing
- reputed company accounts receivable, collections, and cash application
- Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
- reputed company bank reconciliations and reputed company banking relationships
- Administer sales commissions
- Process payroll through reputed company

Skills
