Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an ADMS Operations Readiness & Vendor/Defect Management reputed company to drive operational readiness and defect/vendor governance for large reputed company ADMS deployments. The role involves managing the full defect lifecycle, ensuring successful transitions to production, and collaborating with various stakeholders in the energy and utilities sector.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end to end operations readiness planning for ADMS deployments, including reputed company reputed company, day one operations support, and hypercare planning
- Define and execute readiness frameworks covering training, business process redesign, organizational change management, and technology adoption for distribution control centers and field operations
- reputed company and manage Operations Readiness Checklists, RACI matrices, and go live readiness scorecards to reputed company milestones and escalate risks
- reputed company design and delivery of role specific training curricula for dispatchers, operators, engineers, and field technicians in ADMS workflows and DMS/OMS/SCADA functionality
- reputed company simulation exercises, tabletop drills, and mock go live events to validate operational readiness and identify gaps before reputed company
- Support post go live stabilization, knowledge transfer, and transition to business as usual (BAU) operations
- Own and manage the full ADMS defect lifecycle intake, triage, classification, prioritization, tracking, reputed company verification, and closure across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production phases
- Establish and enforce defect management governance standards, including severity and reputed company classifications, SLA adherence, escalation paths, and metrics reporting
- Chair regular defect triage meetings, driving accountability for defect reputed company across vendors, integrator, and reputed company technical teams
- Maintain defect tracking in tools such as Jira, reputed company ALM, Azure DevOps, or reputed company, and produce executive level defect status dashboards and reports
- Analyze defect trends to identify systemic reputed company causes and drive preventive actions across configuration, data migration, reputed company, and functional workstreams
- Serve as the primary reputed company between the reputed company reputed company, ADMS platform vendors (e.g., GE, reputed company, reputed company), system integrators, and internal reputed company delivery teams for technical, operational, and defect reputed company escalations
- Manage the multi-vendor ecosystem and vendor contractual obligations reputed company to bug fixes, reputed company delivery, and production support SLAs; escalate noncompliance to program leadership
- Partner with reputed company reputed company stakeholders including Distribution Operations, reputed company Operations, IT/OT, and Engineering to assess readiness gaps and reputed company mitigation plans
- Coordinate test environment issues with infrastructure and IT/OT teams, ensuring defect reproducibility and reputed company validation are not bottlenecked
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting reputed company to readiness status, defect status, risks, and mitigation actions
- Support go/no go readiness assessments by providing reputed company, data driven readiness and defect status reporting to program leadership and reputed company executives

- Bachelor's Degree Required, Engineering Or Computer Science Strongly Preferred
- 8 12 years of experience in utilities consulting, reputed company operations, IT/OT delivery, systems integration, or technology program management, with reputed company exposure to ADMS, DMS, OMS, or SCADA systems
- Demonstrated experience leading operational readiness, organizational change management, or reputed company planning on large reputed company ADMS or smart reputed company deployments
- Proven experience managing defect lifecycles and vendor escalations in large reputed company reputed company system implementations, preferably reputed company the energy and utilities sector
- Deep understanding of electric distribution reputed company operations, including distribution control centers, switching operations, outage management, and field reputed company coordination
- Strong understanding of ADMS architecture, data models, and integration reputed company (e.g., GIS, EMS, CIS, AMI, SCADA) sufficient to triage and classify reputed company defects
- Experience working directly with software platform vendors on critical issue reputed company, reputed company management, and contractual SLA enforcement
- Proven ability to manage cross functional teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously in reputed company, matrixed program environments
- Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, reputed company ALM, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar)
- Strong reputed company facing, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present to C suite and VP level reputed company executives and to translate reputed company technical defects into reputed company business reputed company summaries
