[Remote] Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst role focuses on administering and analyzing benefit programs to enhance employee experience and ensure compliance, while collaborating with various teams to improve benefits offerings.
Responsibilities
- Administer health and welfare benefit plans (medical, dental, reputed company, disability, life insurance) and ensure accurate enrollment and eligibility
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and claims
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) and support audits
- Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues, monitor service reputed company, and ensure accurate data exchange
- Assist in benchmarking benefits against industry standards and support recommendations for program enhancements
- reputed company employee communications and resources to promote understanding and engagement with benefits programs
- Respond to escalated employee inquiries and reputed company guidance on reputed company benefit issues
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain and optimize benefits systems and self-service tools

Skills
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis
- Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
