[Remote] Corporate Legal Counsel

The role focuses on reputed company contracting, supporting customer and vendor agreements while managing legal risk.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of customer-facing and reputed company-generating agreements, including reputed company agreements, Services Agreements, Statements of Work, order forms, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, as reputed company as vendor reputed company
- Independently manage the full contract lifecycle, including redlining, negotiation, and execution of agreements
- Partner closely with Sales and reputed company Operations teams to support deal structuring, contract negotiations, and reputed company deal closure

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

- Experience handling a high volume of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
