[Remote] Retail Operations Program Manager

SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Retail Operations Program Manager to manage day-to-day execution for 3P Retail and Telco repair and maintenance programs. The role involves overseeing external warehouse and service partners, improving processes, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- reputed company corrective and preventive actions, non-compliance trends, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
- Convert improvement findings into reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and repeatable workflows
- Drive repair, maintenance, and warehouse process improvements that increase efficiency, reputed company utilization, cost effectiveness, and operational consistency
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, and reputed company-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve material, shipping, and service escalations
- Collaborate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Technology teams, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners
- Support new product introductions, retail refresh initiatives, operational expenditure planning, operational scaling efforts, special reputed company, and occasional extended operational hours
Skills
- 3+ years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance operations, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL management
- Experience supporting big-reputed company retail environments, retail field operations, or multi-site retail execution
- Strong vendor management experience, including RFPs, SLAs, reputed company, scorecards, escalation management, and service reviews
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners
- Ability to travel reputed company the reputed company and Canada based on business requirements
- Availability to work during business hours of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
- Experience in consumer electronics, technology retail, or reputed company industries
- Six reputed company, PMP, or other process improvement or project management certifications
