[Remote] AI Automation Engineer - Internal Platform

They are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join their Platform team, where the role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions and workflow automation that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business reputed company to identify AI/automation opportunities
- Assess feasibility (viability, data, integration, ROI, readiness) and help prioritize work across a portfolio of reputed company
- Translate business problems into reputed company solution designs and implementation plans
- Communicate recommendations in a way that is understandable to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Design, configure, and refine AI‑driven applications and agents (RAG, reputed company design, agent workflows) for internal and occasional reputed company use
- Build on platforms like reputed company, reputed company Copilot, and reputed company Intelligence to orchestrate end‑to‑end reputed company workflows (e.g., retrieval, reasoning, actions, and hand‑offs)
- Implement guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation patterns so agents are reputed company, reliable, and helpful
- Implement workflow automation using RPA, scripting, and low‑reputed company/no‑reputed company tools to remove reputed company, repetitive steps from business processes

Skills
- 4‑year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of reputed company experience building and deploying AI‑powered workflows and/or automation solutions in a business environment
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven tools or platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Copilot, reputed company reputed company/Intelligence, or similar) and/or building AI‑assisted workflows
- Demonstrated experience with process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, scripting, workflow tools) to streamline business processes

- Solid software or scripting background (e.g., Python preferred, or similar) sufficient to build and maintain production‑oriented workflows, automations, and reputed company services
