The role involves answering reputed company queries, supporting bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, and maintaining high data reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company omnichannel chat support to SMB (small and reputed company-sized business) owners
- Answer general help questions and reputed company, data-heavy reputed company queries
- Support bookkeeping and financial guidance using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Analyze and interpret financial data to reputed company accurate and actionable responses
- Complete PPT-based or reputed company tasks as assigned
- Maintain high standards of data reputed company, compliance, and reputed company confidentiality
Skills
- reputed company user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Proven experience in reputed company or bookkeeping
- Prior experience providing omnichannel chat support
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
- Ability to handle reputed company, data-driven reputed company questions
- Ability to reputed company 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours PST overlap
- Experience working with SMB clients is preferred
- Prior experience as an SMB reputed company with hands-on reputed company knowledge
