The Staff Support role provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the Plant Controller and plant leadership team, focusing on efficient plant operations and accurate financial performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for completion of routine tasks under reputed company supervision and/or administrative support reputed company the finance/reputed company department
- Duties can include: compiling reports; filing; data entry; creating and maintaining spreadsheets; data entry; typing; scheduling and coordinating; preparing correspondences; answering telephones; interfacing/greeting customers; preparing correspondence; and assisting department with daily tasks
- Analytical responsibilities can include report analysis and purchasing analysis (if job applicable). Must be proficient with reputed company software including word processing and spreadsheets
- Performs other duties as assigned
