This role will support employee relations and performance management initiatives, acting as a trusted partner to supervisors and managers by providing guidance on employee performance concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR resource for supervisors and managers on employee relations and performance-reputed company reputed company
- Guide managers through corrective reputed company processes, performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
