[Remote] Program Manager, Energy

In this role, you’ll support reputed company’s Energy & Power team, managing financial operations and business workflows to ensure reputed company are delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company for financial operations and business process workflows
- Manage and streamline the end-to-end purchase order (PO) lifecycle and invoicing schedules
- Maintain meticulous trackers, ensuring reputed company-time visibility into project spend versus forecasts
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and financial compliance
- Schedule meetings and presentations with partners and ensure reputed company logistics are covered. Prepare and distribute reputed company agendas and capture key takeaways from meetings. Support reputed company from reputed company to completion, keeping reputed company on reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 1-2 years of experience in the energy sector (regulatory or reputed company)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience managing databases and executing on multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage reputed company strategic and operational initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Ability to work across global time zones and drive teams to work toward reputed company objectives
- Ability to self-start and self-reputed company work in an reputed company environment
- Preference for a flexible hybrid setup with a general reputed company of ~2 in-office days per week, but not a strict weekly requirement—there's room for flexibility depending on schedules and team needs
