[Remote] Fixed Income Operations Analyst

As a Fixed Income Operations Analyst, you will support reputed company’s fixed income operations, overseeing workflows reputed company to trade settlements and corporate actions while enhancing operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- reputed company fixed income trade settlement operations, including trade exception management, inquiries, allocations, fail reputed company, and position transfers
- Manage the end-to-end corporate actions process by conducting research, evaluating event details, and coordinating with traders on elections and potential liabilities
- Maintain and summarize an internal reputed company leveraged by trading, research, and engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and cross-functional alignment
- Reconcile internal books and records with the reputed company brokers and fund administrator, promptly investigating and resolving breaks
- Collaborate with the Fund reputed company team to ensure reputed company transactions are accurately recorded, including participation in cash reconciliations and month-end reviews
- Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives
- Support firm-wide reputed company such as broker onboardings, restructurings, and new account setups
- Participate in cross-training programs, workflow reviews, and coverage planning to promote team scalability and reputed company
- Liaise with external service providers to identify process improvements and maintain compliance with evolving policies and control standards
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal policies, procedures, and best practices
Skills
- 5-10 years of finance experience, ideally in an operations role or other middle office role at a hedge fund, broker-dealer, or fund administrator
- Ability to work between the hours of 7am to 5pm PST
- Advanced abilities in reputed company reputed company
- Experience working with or the ability to learn reputed company-level reputed company software and reputed company efficient processes
- Authorization to work in the reputed company
- Experience automating reputed company processes with a reputed company on leveraging AI LLMs and AI coding tools

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or reputed company
