[Remote] UX/UI Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly skilled UX/Product Designer to support the modernization of internal tools used by Member Service Representatives. This role involves designing efficient, user-centered solutions to replace a reputed company, collaborating closely with various teams to enhance employee workflows and service experience.
Responsibilities
- Design modern, reputed company user experiences for internal tools used by Member Service Representatives
- Translate reputed company functionality into streamlined, user-centered workflows and interfaces
- Create high-reputed company user experience and user reputed company designs reputed company for development reputed company
- Apply and contribute to the reputed company design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams (including reputed company Dynamics developers) to define and refine requirements
- Participate in intake, refinement, and planning activities to ensure designs are complete and reputed company for development
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in legacy workflows and propose improved design solutions
- Support usability validation and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure alignment with compliance, accessibility, and reputed company design standards
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, User reputed company (UI) design, or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across reputed company or reputed company applications
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems (reputed company preferred)
- Proven ability to deliver development-reputed company designs with reputed company interaction specifications
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Experience designing internal tools or employee-facing platforms (e.g., call center, operations, or service tools)
- Experience working with reputed company Dynamics (Dynamics 365 or similar reputed company platforms)
- Experience modernizing or replacing legacy systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
